Never Shock a Puppy Donation Widget & Code

** This is a static image for demonstration purposes. The actual donation widget provides scrolling text and live updates on donation totals.

To put the donation widget on your web page or blog, copy and paste the HTML code below:

Bloggers using WordPress.com (rather than the self-hosted version of WordPress) won’t be able to post the donation widget because it uses code WordPress.com doesn’t like. Instead, those bloggers can use this snippet of code to make a live link directly to our donation page.

Our goal is to raise $2,500 between September 1 and October 20, 2010, to support an upcoming No-Choke Challenge planned by the Humane Society of Boulder Valley (set to launch November 2010).

The humane society team will give free dog collars or dog harnesses to people in the Boulder area who turn in their choke chains, pinch collars, or shock collars.

Essentially, the money raised will buy 165 or so replacement dog collars or dog harnesses for them to give away.
